The Heart of Our Care
Meet Rachael Gregory (Gardner)
MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Founder | Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric & Adult Neurology
"I believe healthcare works best when patients feel seen, heard, and cared for—not just treated."
-Rachael Gregory (Gardner)
Rachael Gregory (Gardner) is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience and a passion for compassionate, whole-person neurological care. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping patients and families feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
Rachael began her nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), where she spent 8 years caring for critically ill children and supporting families through some of their most difficult moments. Those years helped shape the patient-centered approach she carries into practice today—one rooted in compassion, education, and meaningful connection.
Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2011, Rachael has specialized in pediatric and adult neurology with focused expertise in epilepsy, seizure disorders, headache, and migraine management. She has worked extensively with epilepsy teams in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), developing experience in seizure evaluation, EEG interpretation, and individualized treatment planning.
Rachael has helped expand access to advanced neurological therapies, including Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) and Responsive Neurostimulation (RNS), helping patients with drug-resistant epilepsy access innovative treatment options closer to home. She has also participated in neurological research and clinical trials supporting advances in epilepsy and multiple sclerosis care. Patients consistently describe Rachael as compassionate, approachable, and attentive. She believes excellent neurological care extends beyond prescriptions and diagnoses—it includes listening well, educating patients and families, and supporting overall brain wellness.
As founder of Ally Neuromedical, Rachael’s vision is to provide evidence-based neurology care with a wellness-centered approach that supports both brain health and quality of life for children and adults throughout the community.
A few things Rachael loves outside of medicine: faith, spending time with her husband and four children, and helping others pursue healthier, more balanced lives.
